    1st mail,
    I hereby confirm my order for Samsung Wave II on cash on delivery basis. I request you to dispatch the order today without fail to below said shipping address.
    2nd Mail,
    Your customer support team is a worst team which i never seen, especially Sachin and Vishal, no respect towards customers, i was inquiring about my order status, they are referring that the order will be dispatched within 21 working days, but i placed the order on 01st Nov, 2011 and i was waiting for the COD confirmation, but never ever anyone called me on my number, but you guys are lying with me, saying 3 calls has been done which is completely wrong. Now when i verified about the same they refers that the order is confirmed on 15th Nov, and he is clearly telling that he cannot forward the call to the team manager. You guys are pathetic having a worst customer service. Learn from some other sites, how they are operating.


    This guys, is mean only for the payment orders, not for the cash on delivery orders. Try to improve your services by providing the correct information to customers, don't play with customers in terms of what ever so it is. You have to shut down your operations, if you provide the same kind of service. Am on call for more than 40 min, please check my call record with these two useless customer support executives. Out of 40 min, 20 min call has been put on HOLD only.....


    What kind of service you are providing to your customers ?


    I want my order to be delivered within couple of days, as promised in the website...21 working days after the order is placed....Now am in 19th day, i want my order to be delivered within couple of days....


    When my call was kept on HOLD, these query was drafted to you...still my call was not answered.....Am disconnecting my call with no hopes about the Manager return....What a pathetic services........Wake up and improve......

    We would like to inform you that the order which you have palced on 1st November, 2011 has been confirmed on 18th November, 2011. As per the policy, the delivery schedule for the product is 21 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & National holidays) from the date of placing the order. Once the product is handed over to our courier partner, our courier partner will inform you before delivering the product at your desired shipping address. We would request you to wait and you will receive the product within time frame (21 working days) as mentioned on our website in the section of " The Fine Print ".

    Its your mistake confirming the order lately, for that why should i suffer. Being a customer, for me the delivery time counts from the day i placed the order. Its your internal policy, you add many more to your policies. But for me, the count is 21 working days from the day the order is placed.


    Don't try to copy paste the contents to all the customers with the similar query, instead try to understand the customer urgency and try to expedite the order shipment immediately.

    Hey, what the hell is going on, am asking to ship my order, what's wrong with you guys..What the hell you have forwarded to concern department for resolution. Am following up with you guys to ship my order, is it such a big issue to resolve ? What you are working towards the issue, its not a issue, am asking to ship my order on priority. I don't know you to satisfy me at any level, i want my product within two days, i don't want to wait anymore, enough is enough....


    This is my first order with you and you guys are harrasing me like anything to ship one order.


    ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I WANT MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 08th Dec, 2011 failing which you will see my comments what ever so it is.......


    Enough, don't test my patience and don't copy paste the mail related responses. I want action not exchange of mails.

    I just now heard from Gurprit Singh (CS Executive) that my order is canceled. Now see what happens.....If i don't get the re-ordered order # in next 24 hours, sure i will post my bad experience in the blogs..How you are running your operations, without informing to customers the order has being canceled and your idiotic customer support refers that the mail is sent..Each and every time i get a lie from CS..Is this the way to run a business.


    You guys are pathetic having worst customer support, don't know how to speak with customers also, as if they will speak that they are doing favor to customer...


    If i don't receive my product in next 48 hours, am sure that i will write my whole experience in all the forums like consumer court, consumer complaints, mouthshut.com etc.....

    worst online shopping portal i never seen, guys please please please don't place any orders with deals and you..there service is worst and customer support is more and more worst which i never seen....I placed a order more than 48 days back, and till now i have not received my order, and without my knowledge the order has been canceled...
    Dirty shopping portal..you better have some other business rather than doing this online shopping business and playing around with customers....GUYS PLEASE DON'T SHOP WITH DEALS AND YOU...

    Angry the worst service ever

    hi my name is anoop biswas , i had ordered a sony erricson vivaz from deals and you , but the mobile i got from them was incomplete, i dint gt the accessories , charger, software cd data cable and even the bill. I had registered a complaint against this on 15th of NOV . But my my problem was not sorted out, everytime i call them up they tell the same thing that sir wait for three working days we will definately sort it out, but its been one month and i dint get any solution. They ll keep the call on hold for 20 to 30 mins but no one ll give any solution to my problem, even its not a toll free number.I want my refund back , kindly help me

    I Have A Complain Regarding My Order From Deals And You Website, I Have Ordered One Product From This Website That Is Jabra Bluetooth BT2070 ORDER ID Is :- 306336 , I Have Receive This Product yesterday And I Have Seen That This Product Is Used One Dont Know How Many Months But I Got This Product In Used Condition Am Not Impress By The Service I Have Payed For The New Product And I Got Used One I Will Never Visit Again To This Website And I Will Tell Every One That This Website Is Fake And Cheep Categories Do Not Visit This Website In The Life, What The Shit You People Are I Will Make A Big Advertise On Net That Not To Buy Things From This Website....

    My name is Manoj Kumar I am an MBA student in Delhi i have ordered a Reebok Core watch of Rs 499/- on Nov. 30.from the following Email ID mannuloves4@gmail.com and mob. no 7428495001 at the adderss of "A-49,Engine House, Mohan EstateSouth & Central Delhi 110044, New Delh" but its not delivered till now my complaint no. is 3237. i have called Approx. 8 time on your no. Which is given on your website but CCE simply replied we will talk to vender and solve it with in 48 hrs., please help me out of this problem

    Hi ,
    My order num is 342845, I received the dead product, its not working properly. when called the suppliers, they told me to inform Deals and you guys to arrange a pick up call to replace the product. i called deals and you guys to arrange a pickup call, they gave 48 hours time, after 48 hour i called them informed them , they again gave me 48 hours time, i did not get any response.again i called the deals and you people, they gave me another 48 hours time. I am just wondering about the service. Still i did not get any response from these guys. my complaint number is 15356. i don't have any hope that they will respond, Please let me know how to start a legal proceeding against them.

    Dear All,

    I would like to aware you all about the financial scam conspired by fashionandyou.com alongwith its sister concern dealsandyou.com. In the month of Oct. Dealsandyou came up with a discount voucher worth Rs. 2000/- of Fashionandyou. This discount voucher could be purchased for Rs. 500/- only. I found the offer attractive and like any innocent customer I purchased the discount voucher by paying Rs. 500/- to dealsandyou. I got 2000 credit points at my fashionadnyou account and on very same day i.e; Oct. 19th, 2011, I placed an order of one product Bajaj ICX 7 Induction Cooker and paid Rs. 950/- extra through my credit card. I waited for next one months and then the mental trauma started and started following for my product. Each time I called their customer care they promised that I will be receiving my product within next 3 days. Each time they they me a ticket number for our conversion. I called them every fourth day. After calling for next one months, I was left with nothing with ticket numbers. Now, after waiting 2 months till middle of the Dec. 2011 fashionandyou told me that product can not be delivered and delivered and hence forcefully canceled the ordered. They promised me that Rs. 950/- will be credited back to my credit card and I can purchase any other product from fashionandyou against the 2000 credit points. When I tried to purchased the product I was surprised that I did not received the credit points in my account. I called their customer care once again and they told me that I can’t buy any product now and threatened me to not to call they customer care again….

    Further, I am not sure whether I received Rs. 950/- back in my credit card. Can confirm only once I receive the monthly statement due in last week of Ja. 2012.


    Moral of the Story: BEWARE OF DEALSANDYOU & FASHIONANDYOU…..

    Thumbs down Regarding Product Delivery

    Hi All

    This is to inform you all that never buy the products offered by Dealsandyou website. They never stick to their words. There is no value for their commitment. If you made commitment to their beloved one on basis of Dealsandyou commitment, you will be in a big trouble because they will never deliver your product on time. Also the supervisor is not trust worthy. If they have committed to revert back then you should understand he/she making you fool. If you have passions and you didn’t make commitment to others then only you should order something on Dealsandyou.


    I had made a order on 28 Dec 2011 with Order ID 341761.as per the Dealsandyou Policy it should deliver to me within 14 working days now it is almost 20 days and still I didn't get my order. I had the conversation with Supervisor regarding Late delivery of my order but all fail. Still my deliver is going to take 5 days as per the supervisor commitment but i am not sure will it be delivered to me or not.

    So all, please prepare yourself to be beaten by your loved one if you had made commitment something by placing order on Dealsandyou.

    I Have A Complain Regarding My Order 359804 From Deals And You Website, I Have Ordered One Product HTC 7 Surround From This Website ORDER ID Is :- 359804 , I Have Receive This Product yesterday And I am shocked to see that this Product Is Used One Dont Know How Many Months But I Got This Product In Used Condition Am Not Impress By The Service I Have Payed For The New Product And I Got Used One.

    Product is damaged

    Box is unsealed and very sure that its a used product.

    I am a disgruntled customer of Deals and You and have been cheated of Rs 19996/- when I booked 4 vouchers for a trip to the Golden Temple Amritsar (Order Id 432016). However, even after 48 hours of booking the deal and intimating the Customer Care, I have not received any revert on my vouchers. Instead when I was able to call the Customer Care the call was picked by a Security Guard and the customer care was not even in office till over 11 AM. Since then all I have been told is the date I want is not available, the voucher is non refundable and the alternate date I opted for is being checked and we will get back in 30 minutes but till now even after 20 odd calls, I am waiting for those 30 minutes to pass. And all my calls are handled by Security Guard (Travel Support Number 0124-0124-4734610) who tells me why are you calling me again and again and I am fed up of your calls. (in Hindi). Customer care Execs Ramandeep and Shourya have been far from accomodating and they want to hang up thew phone faster than listening to your problems.

    I would really appreciate if I could raise my grievance to the right person and hoping that you would pass this complaint to the right people. I do not expect you to spend more of your valuable time on this.

    Howveer, as a feedback and as a user of Snapdeal and Crazeal, I would like to tell you that Deals and You is far more opaque and non-friendly when it comes to dealing with Customers.

    I truly hope that my query would get resolved in an amicable way.
