Dear Sir,

I am one of the customer for ICICI bank. Earlier i had a savings account and Credit card with the same bank, later i have closed the icici credit card, But after some time i received 3 sms on my mobile no. and i have called up the customer seervice department to complaint for the same. They retrieved the details and there was a total transaction of Rs. 44,000. in 15 Min duration, Still they lodged the complaint for the same.

I use to receive approx. 15 phone calls a day to pay the same, But later after some time they leaned up my account for the same and blocked approx Rs.64,000 on my savings account. After compaining for the same they released the lean on my account. They kept the lean on my savings account twice.

I have visited the Sec -14 gurgaon branch meat Mr. Avinash and solved the lean part on my account on the first part and lodged his remark for the same on to my credit card.

Second time i visited Sec -8 Rohini branch and met many people including Mr. Rathi and Mr. Negi and they said that i have to pay that amount as per Mr. Negi . But still i got released up the lean some how.

Now, i have tried to apply for one of the car loan and because of the same HDFC bank declined my application for the same.

Please help me out with the same ASAP. its all spolling up my credit history.

PLEASE HELP ME OVER THIS, ITS SO URGENT, URGENT.
