I have reliance GSM prepaid no 9569324159. My service provider has self debited Rs. 14 & 5 to my account in last two days without my consent & without information. I am trying contact there customer care as there customer care no not working. My question to reliance is that if they are self activating any service on my no. without any prior information to me & self debited such amount as decided by them to activate such application without any information to me is creates a big problem for us. In last evening I am traveling in train i have to make one urgent call when I was trying to make a call then I come to know that my mobile is not having sufficient balance to create a call.

I have reliance GSM prepaid no 9569324159. In spite of several complaints my service provider again self debited Rs. 20 to my account on 22/01/2011 without my consent & without information. When I contacted to them on there customer care no then only I come to know they activated some jobs pack on my mobile. This is not the first time this is happening third time on my no in last 3-4 months & second time in this month. Lastly they assured me this will never happen again but this is happening again & again on same no. Lastly on 04/01/2011 they resisted my request for activation of DND service on my mobile no under request no. 13082674199 but till now this is not activated on my no. again my question to reliance is that if they are self activating any service on my no. without any prior information to me & self debited such amount as decided by them to activate such application without any information to me is creates a big problem for us. On that they some company people are trying my no for interview purpose& they are not able to me due to insufficient balance in my no.

This is not the first time this is happening fourth time on my no in last 3-4 months. Every time they assured me this will never happen again but this is happening again & again on same no.
This is really a serious issue these company are self activating any service on any no. without any prior information from anybody & self debited such amount as decided by them to activate such application without any information to me is creates a big problem for us. This company is harassing there customer with such kind of services from there end. When we ask a simple question to them that why they self activate any services to my no. then there simple answer is this work is allotted to some outsource agency. They do the same for more incentive.
Company is making fun of us when anybody lodges a complaint with them they reimburse the waiver to them & again debited such to them by self activating any such pack.

Dear concern,
You had process my complaint no. 148121514 on 01/03/2011 at 23:22 but again debited Rs. 10-00 to my account for renewing sum CRBT pack on my no. without my permission by 02/03/2011 at 00:51:45. This is example of service provided by you people that this is happening again & again on same no. with in one hour interval after your assurance that this will never happen again.
