Dear Sir,

From 21.03.09 onwards regular subscriber on your esteemed News Paper.My Subscription Number 25998504. From 8th Dec'10 i'm not getting Newspaper.If i ask your cc number they reqd for Order Number.But, the same Order number is already gave to vendor.After that i approach my initial contact person name Mr.K.Kathirvelu [9841807663] and he is given to Executive for Valasarawakkam area Mr.Amudhan [9940084637] and i spoke to that person and he is given for another number 9952913956 [Saravanan] but he says that "I m not taking that area".One more person is also call me and his number is 9841713650 and he gave the commitment and sort out this issue.
But, till today i'm facing the same problem. My only drawback i don't have a Order Number and i paid for cash mode only.My initial Order Number is NAB058377 DT.21.03.09.

If sort out my issue means i continue with you subscriber otherwise i go for other news edition. Because i'm totally fed up with your pathetic service.Each and every day i contact the person [From Paper boy to Times of india exectuive] and i've to spend more than Rs.10/- per day for your Excelent News edition.

The above mentioned mail was sent on 19.12.10 and the same mail replied from TOI team provide the Order Number.

My 2nd Order No:NAD012897 dt.20.02.10 and the same valid upto 14.04.2011.


From 08th Dec'10 onwards i'm not getting you paper.What is the service if you
are giving? After that i approach your Staff [Mr.T.K.Ashok-9841713650] and he
convinced also after that i book my New Order NO:NAE067620 dated on 28.12.10 and gave the Cheque also.

Past 20 days i'm totally disappointed for TOI service and i've spend more than
Rs.10/- per day for the past 25 days. What is the compensation they are
giving?

Can you pls sort out this issue
