    Default Refund Failure by PVR Cinemas

    On 18th December 2010, I tried to book 3 tickets for the movie 'Tron: Legacy' for 11.15 am show on 19th December in PVR Cinemas Chennai, through online booking in the PVR Cinemas online booking site. I made the online payment through SBI debit card. But the transaction was not completed. A failure message showing that the transaction was a failure and the money will be credited back to the account was shown. But the money debited from my account is not credited back yet. I raised the issue to PVR Customer support through email twice. But no response was there.My transaction details are

    Same problem!

    I was trying to book 2 tickets for a show in PVR cinemas Chennai on 13th Feb 2011.

    I took the option of debit card, and completed my payment transaction. At the end of payment you are told the transaction is not completed and the money will be refunded.

    And as you have mentioned, Acknowledgment of failed transaction are never sent on the email id and mobile nos collected on the form while booking.

    I was successful with net banking but now I find there are repeated charges and I still haven't received a refund
