This is to inform you that i have purchased an LG plasma TV int he year 2008. It started malfunctioning late 2009 for which i have lodge an complaint in the LG customer care. LG technician came to repair the TV he changed one of the TV part and left after few days again TV started malfunctioning and even our DVD could not play. Again i reported the complaint and again technician visited. On cheeking he said that the part earlier technician has changed is wrong and later he informed that company has stopped manufacturing the part. Upon repeated follow up LG employee from annanagar called us and said that as they could not replace the part they will reimburse us the total TV amount. But later they said they will deduct the 25% as depriciation charges. it was never informed to us. It is a clear loss to customer. It is not our fault that company stopped manufacturing the part. Now a days TV are very costly. the amount they are reimbursing is not sufficient to buy another plasma TV. they have till now not even reimbursed the warranty and TV amount . They keep on delaying the payment. It clearly shows their intention of not paying the amount and harassing customer.

Kindly help me in fighting this fraud so that other customers do not face such fraud in future .
