My name is Manish Tiwari. I am currently staying in Pune.My fathers Name is Sri Mahesh Chandra Tiwari and he is serving in indian airforce in jodhpur.me and all my family member are using reliance mobile services frm last three years.. His mob no is 08824453210.recently he posted to jodhpur.
Around 30th dec again with this new sim card reliance services deducted 30rs from his main balance when he inquired about the same with cust services people...they are keep on dissconnecting the call, not helping, not listening, they are not enough patient to listen to the issue...Some how after talking with around 50-60 executives my father managed to register a complain for the same..with cust services Complain no 142864066 after 24 hrs they said its because my father has sub for Hungama pack... he is not interested in any type of ser like this and he never pressed any key or send any req by any mean to get this service activated. he told the same to cust ser exec. but even after escalating it upto manager or supvisors in cust ser..nothing happened.
well this is not the first time that reliance com has deducted 30rs for some nonsense services which we never subscribed for..Before three mnths my father was in kerela and he was using another relaince no. 09020072640(infact he has that no. for future use) he used it for about two years in kerela but during that time also relaince com has deducted 30/20/10/5 amt of RS several times..everytime he cannot call to bullshit cust services in reliance because he dont have enough time to talk to hopeless, senseless n mindless and even sometimes helpless people who dont know even why r they sitting there...they jst know to shout on customers and all they can do is diss the cust's call.....
after getting dissapointed frm all these issues he stopped getting recharges the 08824453210 no and he decided that he will use it jst for incoming calls but a time came when he needed it in emergency On 25th dec when my father recharged the no with 100rs again Reliance com. has deducted 30 RS for some additional service..Again my father contacted cust ser but he got the same kind of response.he has spoken with around 50-60 people in cust ser but no1 helped him. Cust ser executive sitting in cust ser they are so Rude..so Arrogent..Everytime Arguing..not listening..not understending ..keep on dissconnecting the calls because thats the thing they are being trained for.
My fater is really frustrated now.. he is fed up with the services he told me abt this and when i tried to get this sorted frm cust ser i experienced Extraordinay customer services frm reliance that i never expected- i spoken with around 10people who diss the calls amhow i managed to speak with one supervisor who told me that he is the highest authority avail in relaince services he said i should have called within 24hrs to get the refund and when he found that he is not able to convince me with his arguements he started talking to me in a very rude and agressive manner and then he said u r wasting my time u r arguing with me so i will diss ur call he clearly said these words and he said that "i will barred ur outgoing facility so u will not be able to get connected to cust services anymore..do whatever u want go to anyone u want to give my complain[/SIZE]" name of the supervisor was Mr Alim Khan even one of them whos name is Mr. Alim Khan in customer services..i was really shocked after this coversation..and moreover i m not ale to connect to cust ser any more. i wsnt able to belive that this is a cust service as i also work with a International Cust Service Corporate Company "IBM" wch s getting the best cust ser industry award from NASSCOM frm last three years and i am just wondering that if we are getting this type of response from cust ser after having enough sources to escalate it and having all the knowledge abt the cust services importance then what about the illiterate and the rural public?? god bless them??
Earlier also, such unethical deduction happened on my number and i think that my no is probably added in rejection list for next 3 days so that i couldnot talk to customer services..
Kindly take some strict action against Reliance Communications for the same and if possible to refund all the amt in my father's account.
Expecting Justice from this forum.
