Hi,

I have purchased a Micromax Q1 Mobile on 17/10/2010, within 1 week it started me problem. I had submitted the handset to one of the Service Station and it more than one and half month i haven received my mobile back.

I am sick and tired of following with the Service Station people. Today i called Micromax Call Centre and they gave me feedback that the issue has been resolved and i can collect the handset from the service station, but when i asked service station people the said they still haven't received my handset from company.

I want to know can i file a case in consumer court against Micromax or service station for the financial and mental torture i suffered. If yes please tell me the procedure.
