Respected Sir,
I recently moved in Chennai from Agra 29 Aug 2010.I booked my house hold items to be transported by truck and my car (Cheverolet Spark) which i purchased by paying the hard earned money to convey my cancer patient mother from hospital to home.
Though I have recieved my house hold items in pitty condition in Sep I have not yet recieved my car. It is 4 months passed. When I enquired through phone they told me that i will get my car very soon. Aftera long gap they conveyed me that my car met with an accident at Hyderabad. I dont understand when i booked my to be transported by truck how it metwith an accident at Hyderabad?
Later on only i was informed by one Pradeep fromthe company told me that my car was driven on road from Agra to Chennai. I have paid them Rs 12000 for the transportation. I personally went to the subagent withwhom my car is handed over by the driver who drove the car and to my shock i found my car in badly damaged condition. With their help i took mycar to Sundarm Motors Teynampet to access the repair cost. They approximately estimated the cost would be around Rs 1,78,000.
The packers and movers manager Anil Kumar told me that he will pay Rs 20000 and rest i have to pay through my insurance. I dont understand what does this means. These people have taken my Rs 12000, they have driven my car on road which i wanted to avoid. Now for the past four months i am hiring cars to take my mother to hospitals they have disturbed me a lot and giving irresponsible replies.

Pl sir help me what to do now?
As I was busy in taking my mother to bangalore, chennai, madurai I couldnot give even any complaint.

I am under heavy frustration. Early guidance may help meto regain my self confidence and take further necessary actions
