Dear Sir,

I have a credit card from HSBC card.The card number is 4384-5999-8167-5092.I had been paying my dues perfectly till my
financial status was good.
I am not able to clear my dues for the last one year as my financial status is very bad.I have not heard
from the bank till last week.End of last week i got a call from the HSBC bank and they started speaking
in a very bad language and and used very bad words.This hurted me a lot.She started scolding
my parents as well

As of now iam not in a postition to clear the
outstandings(53,000).

The bank number in which i got the call is 9591237116.

Please provide me the solution.
