Sir, I have booked One Nikon Coolpix L110 Digitel Camera for Rs.13189 including Rs.199 as shipping charges and paid the amount through CITI BANK credit card on 23-11-2010. The product was to be delivered by the company by 30-11-2010. But even after 3 weeks of waiting I did not receive the product.
Then I lodged a complaint with the Customer Care Centre of the company at 9910118888 on 15-12-2010 under complaint No.590127. I was promised that my complaint would be attended within 48 hours and either the product would be delivered or the order would be cancelled and the amount shall be refunded. Since then I am calling the same Customer Care No regularly but till date they have neither provided the camera nor cancelled the order. The staff posted as Customer Care Centre is just befooling the customers by merely asking them to wait for another 24 hours. Today also I called them and got the same answer.

I request you to please take up the matter against such fraud and lethargic company and give wide publicity in media so that people may become aware before falling prey to such cheaters. The mere motive of the company seems to harrass the customers and they are not at all considerate towards any complaint or grievance.
