I HAVE GOT SERVICES FOR COMMERCIAL USE (INDIAN RAILWAYS TICKET BOOKING, MOBILE RECHARGE CARD. ON ADVANCE PAYMENT BASE.) FROM Oxigen Services India Private Limited, 264,Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. AND PAID MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT ALSO FOR TWO YEARS. THEY PROMISES ME TO GIVE DOOR SERVICE AND FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND MY MONEY IF ANY PROBLEM. THEY ARE TOTALLY FAILED. NOT A SINGLE TIME .
NOW MY PROBLEM IS "I WAS BOOKED RAILWAYS TICKET ON 02.07.2010 FROM LUDHIANA TO NEW DELHI FOR 07.07.2010. BUT DUE TO SOME PROBLEM WITH RAILWAYS , THEY CANCELED THIS TRAIN.
AFTER CANCELED TRAIN I CONTACTED WITH COMPANY CUSTOMER CELL. THEY ADVISED ME FILE TDR FOR REFUND AT OXIGEN TRAVEL SITE AND I HAVE FILED THERE ON 12.07.2010. BUT THEY DID NOT REFUND UP TO TILL DATE 30.12.2010. AND GIVEN ME RAILWAYS SITE TO ASK REFUND.
WHY I ASK THERE. I PAID THEM WITH COMMISSION AS ADVANCE, AND THEY ARE FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND. FIVE MONTHS AND THREE WEEKS ALMOST FINISHED. CAN I WORK AND HOLD REFUND OF ANY CUSTOMER IN MARKET?. OR CAN I GIVE DIRECT REPLY ON CUSTOMER FACE.? AS THEY GIVEN ME ON PHONE AND MAIL.
I NEED MY MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT AND TICKET REFUND. BECAUSE I HAVE REFUND THIS AMOUNT TO CUSTOMER LONG TIME BEFORE.(WHY REFUND, ANYONE CAN UNDERSTAND VERY WELL)
