I had a very unpleasant experience with Air tel Recovery Team working in HT MT - Call Center in Nungambakkam, Chennai.

My cousin's sister was using a air tel postpaid connection and the last bill was not paid due to her personal problems. she just received a call saying that the line has been disconnected for non payment of bill.
She explained her problems and requested if they can come and collect the money and close the connection. The Air tel people did not take any steps to collect the money.

Nearly after a month, my cousin using an Air cell number received a call from a girl saying she is from Air tel. The girl name SUNITHA without explaining anything started speaking like a rouge and as a girl without character. She was using filthy language against my cousin and also was criticizing my cousin's character. The reason she gave was that my cousin's number was in frequent dialed numbers. she was threatening us with legal action. again a guy called Ki8shore called and asked us to make the payment or asked us to give the current contact details of my cousin's sister.

I don't know how we without knowing who is calling give away the contact details over phone to an unknown person.

More over is this the way Air Tel follow to collect default bill payments? don't they have the address of the subscriber who has the number. It is a own home and they are living there for nearly 5 years so they would have definately paid they money if some one was sent to collect the default payment.

Is this right on the airtel front calling a women who is not an Airtel subscriber and asking for payment since her number was in most frequentlty dialed numbers.

i would also like to know if I can file a crimal offence against Women Harrasment against the following people:

Air tel Chairman - asking him to take moral responsibility
Air tel CEO
HTMT Call centre and its following employees:
Sunitha - the first girl who spoke in Filthy languages.
Kishore - The guy who spoke as a manager, who threatened illegal actions.

Please advice me as it was a real mental and emotional torture to my Cousin, she could not even sleep properly.
