Hi , my complaint is against chennai packers and movers .as the name suggests it's a packers and movers firm based out of chennai .I had a few item which included a tv ,a tata sky dish and 2 suitcaes to be delivered to my address in Kerala from chennai . The items were packed on the 14 th of December 2010 and I was pomised that the item would be delivered in 6 days without fail .now even after 15 days there is no sign of my consigmeny and the office is giving misleading status regarding where my consignment is .they have been continuously lyign about the whereabouts of my consignment .one executive even used abusive language on asking him about the status .I hve paid the full amount as per their request and I have the receipt with me . Now I fear that my consignmentmay actually ve lost . This is completely unfair and as a client I have full rights to know what happened to my consignment .
