Hi ,my complaint is against chennai packers and movers .they are a packers and movers firm based out of chennai .i entrusted them with the task of packing and moving my consignment form chennai to Kerala and I was promised that my consignment would be delivered at my door step in 6 days . But now it has been 15 days and I have still not got my consignment .on calling
up the offices at chennai and Coimbatore , they hve been blatantly lying about the status of my consignment and have even used abusive language on calling them .I have paid the full amount as calculated by them and I have the receipt with me but now I believe that my consignment is either lost or damaged
