I am Sushil from Pune. I bought a titan watch in Pune Central on 23rd December, 2010 to give it as a christmas gift to my brother-in-law. Unfortunately the first day he wore it, the glass covering the dial came off from the watch. I showed it to the nearest titan service centre in guntur, my hometown. They quickly fixed the glass in a minute. But i was very unhappy as the glass came off on the first day itself. I thought that i should not compromise as it was a Rs.4000 watch. So i brought the watch back to Pune central. But the titan staff refused to replace/exchange the watch. On top of that they accused me of lying or making up a story. It is quite disappointing that i bought a Rs.4000 watch and the glass came off on the first day itself. On top of that I couldn't get a replacement/exchange of that watch. It is quite unfortunate that the consumers are sold low quality and defective watches by Titan and later they refuse to do anything about that. I wish some action can be taken on this. I wish that justice may be done regarding this, so that such things will not happen to other people in the future.
