Hi, I had placed an order for Berg Electri Tandoor on 28th July 2010 and my order # is 666298 (product code i092) thru my ICICI credit card (product price rs.1750/- + delivery charges rs.100) it was debit directly to my card,
As told by Arun (Customer Executive) that i will receive in 21 days,but i did not receive my product for 21 days as told by your call center person Arun,again i was requested to wait for 10 more days which i did,but still i have received the product.

Hence i have requested to cancel my order on 03/09/2010 and refund my amount of Rs.1850/- which was debited to my credit card.Then i was told that it will take 2 months to credit the amout to my credit card account.So i waited till Nov 10 2010 then again i was asked by Manasi (Customer Executive) till Nov 2010 End but my credit card account is not credited amount of 1850(product price rs.1750/- + delivery charges rs.100).
So i have been trying to call AVA but it they keep me on hold for more than half n hour & no customer service executive come on line to attend the call. (I made 4-5 such long call with 15-35 min of holding). The waiting tape says that, • “we are sorry for the inconvenience of keeping you on hold”…….do they really care about the inconvenience caused to us?? • “your call is important to us”……....30-35 min of hold, this is how they treat the important call?? • “we appreciate the opportunity to serve you”……………..what do they really mean by this?? • “thank you for holding”………that height of irresponsibility Apart from the inconvenience and frustration due to this.Till Date i have not received my amount.
I herewith request ICICI Credit card department that they must stop advertising such FAKE company thru them & see to that my problem is soloved very soon or Please suggest me how do I get my cash back from AVA.
