Respect Sir/Madam,

I have courier a consinement from delhi to coimbatore from Blazeflash agent due to some change in address in coimbatore ,the c/ment has been returned from coimbatore branch on 18/11/2010.Till date i am almost everyday i am communicating through them via emails or phones to RTO even to there MD but there is no response from there side moresoever they straight declared its lost packet and my problem is that consinement contains very important document of sales tax department,in case of lost it will levied me a penalty of 25,000/- towards goverment of india.Please guide me how can i proceed to get my packet .
