Dear Court,

With last hope I am writting this request letter to you with good faith. I had a problem with Axis bank card which I came to know in last year 2009. It happened due to communication gap. My CIBIL report came as "RIGHT-OFF for which I could not avail loan. As soon as I came to know the problem I paid the full amount and now the account is showing zero balance from last year and above. I sent lots of requests to Axis Bank as well as to CIBIL department to change the status in CIBIL.but no one has taken any action to the status in CIBIL. Today while I went to avail loan again it is showing the same status as previous..So my loan is not being sanctioned from the bank. From last one year I am chasing to both the department but both of them showing the finger to each by saying "It is not our duty to update the status". What should I do now? Please help me.
