Hi Sir/ Madam,

This mail is regarding to the termination of my airtel broad band services.

Ive taken an airtel broad band connection dated: 13-09-2010 (Application No:
TBLR161923). I have opted for Rs 899 unlimited plan and paid 3 months of rental
Rs.2700. After one month my internet broadband stopped working. When Ive
enquired the airtel customer care, I was surprised to listen that the
connection is terminated. Ive repetedly made around 6 compliants. But Ive got
no solution.

Later on 24-12-2010, A new connection is given to me with the new land line
number 08042096447 (Application Number: TBLR193743) and my assumption was as if
the old connection is terminated and the new one is given. As the line was
terminated for 2 months, I expect 2 months of rental (that was paid to the last
connection) has to be adjusted to the new connection.
Could you please look into the issue and rectify the problem ASAP.

For all the compliants, I had received the SMS to my mobile as if the landline
number is: 08042007678
On speaking to customer care many times, I came to know that connection is in
the name of some person by name BHOPAL R. But the Account number- 16079553 is
in my name . I repeatedly insisted the customer care to change it to my name.
Bute no one has responded to it. I am just feeling cynical and skeptical about
Airtel.
Inspite of all these compliants, I was invain to get the solution.
My photo and documents are taken by airtel personnel 3 times.
