I had purchased a flat in The edge tower from Ramprastha Builder gurgoan through All check deals, while making booking payment, All check deal had offered me 4% discount on basic rate,where is 50 rupees was adjusted by builder, and for balance 44 Rs. All check delas has committed to pay after making the 50% payment to the builder. I have not yet received the discounted amount after making the 60% payment to the Builder, where is in All Check Deals letter it was assured, the discounted amount will be released after 30 days developer of the project received 50% of the total cost. After passing the 120 Days also, they are not releasing my discounted amount
