Had a very bad experience with NAAPTOL I ordered Reebok items on Naaptol on 30.11.2010, and even after 20 days, did not get the items and also response from their Customer Support Wing was very poor. I then sent mail to CEO of Naaptol, but did not get response. Later I sent a mail to CEO and others that I am going to take legal action, thereafter I got a poor response from CEO that its vendor related issue and he is looking into it.
I, then, sent legal notice to them, on which they finally called me over phone and requested that order may be cancelled, for which I agreed, thinking that otherwise they may take hell of days for delivery. Now today I got my refund back after all-most a month of order.
Goods at Naaptol are of poor quality and their responses are poor as well. So guys, be cautious and think twice before placing order with NAAPTOL.

After payment received the box without product from naaptol Hi All,
I ordered WESPRO mini computer and after payment I received the box without the product. I have been communicating with the customer support and their customer support has been telling me that you will get the product in next 20 days......Since 4 months that delivery date never came.
These kind of services has bigger impact where-in people will never trust such company selling the product online / over phone.
