Me was a very old customer of your reputed Branded Network Airtel, I have taken Airtel connction in about 7-8 years ago, (i.e. 2004-2005). Later due to some personnel problem I have convert it to a Prepaid one, which I am still continuing. I have submitted my Sim to Dibrugarh Airtel Office, Assam on 24thApril’2010. at that time my Unbill amount was about Rs. 80.00 and due bill was (of 27th April’2010) was Rs. 243.55, and for which the Customer Executive asked me to pay Rs. 500.00!
After that period I have visited 3 times to Dibrugarh Airtel Office for my Deposit money of Rs. 750.00, but they even don’t allow me to enter to the Executive room!!
I have my all the postpaid e-bills of that time which I can show to your authority for any quarry, and I hope you may give your kind observe to solve this even after 10 months of surrender of Postpaid sim.
