It's my first time, when i contact maruti for my dream car, but it's my all over worst mistake i had taken. On 9/12/2010 i visited rana motors which is in bhikaji cama place, i surprized here abt their behaviour with their customer,they all are treated like that they have much care of their customer.On that day i booked my car alto k-10 vxi model and made payment of rs.33,000/- through cheque. On 10/12/2010 i purchased my car ALTO K-10 VXI NO.9283 and balance of payment of rs 3,00,000/- on d.d. After 10 days, backside of my car dented through accident. On 23-12-2010 i wnt okhla service centre for my car repairing.On that day i went there on 12 p.m & met mr. sumant he is not ready to take my car,reason is that my car insurance is till not clear. And they told me that i hve to call mr. harpeet singh which is in rana motors in bhikaji & told for email for insurance clear.After that my worst experience going on & going on..... i telephoned mr. harpreet, i never talk with that person ever.. He is fully selfish like person.when i never purchased car he treated like that he hve care abt customer but after purchased he treated like that he never know me... i m fully surprised he is not ready to talk with me..After contact that person he given me some other person no. who is in insurance dept. when i tried to call insurance dept mr.nitin i think he told me that he hve no idea for email. i am fully suprised unskilled person is in maruti suzuki deptt. At 4.30 pm they agreed to take my car for repairing & assured me that on 27-12-2010 ur car will be ready. On that date at 5.15 pm when i reached okhla service centre Once again they told me that the problem is still there for email. Once again i tried to contact mr. harpreet singh is not picking my phone many times bt at the end they picked it and told me to call mr. puneet which is in service head. I felt like a cheated person. He have no care of their customers. I had taken approx 20 calls on that date but problem is still there.No-one is ready for sending email to service centre.I don't know what's my mistake here after full payment of my car they are trying to harrashed me. My excess telephonnic conversation got sucess and they release my car at 7.15 p.m. I NEVER EVER TO SAY MY FRIENDS OR COLLEGUES TO PUCHASE MARUTI CAR. IT'S A WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD TAKEN. RANA MOTORS IS CHEATER.........SPECIALLY HARPREET SINGH HAVE NO MANNER TO HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER.
