Dear Sir,

I was working as an manager HR with an international call centre from the
last 1 year. and before completing my one year (10 days back) company has
terminated my employment without giving me any prior notice. also they did not give me my full & final settlement as of now. So I want to know that in this situation what leagal action I can take against the company through consumer court.
