Hi sir/ma'am
We had been promised for 1Mbps uninterrupted internet service from tikona broadband, but when they failed to deliver the same we asked them to disconnect it within the first week itself else we wont pay them. But they kept us insisting that the service would improve soon. However, they neither improved nor they disconnected the connection. We kept on complaining for 3 months continuously. After being frustrated we switched to another broadband service (SPECTRANET) even though it was more expensive.
Reason for complaint:
1.Tikona guy coming after 4months and repeatedly asking for 2 months payment even though the service was not provided as promised .
2.The bills were not generated in the first 3 months.
Expecting:
No more wastage of our time, wrap up at max 1 month payment .
