i have puchased Eureka Forbes electronic water purifier (model-lx) on 2 may,2010.now it is under warranty and since it passed six month now we want to get it service.i have called its customer care centre 4 times and the buyer whom we had brought it,they always said we will send engineer within 24 hours .i have been calling them since one month but nobody actually come till now.so please help me to sort out this problem
