This is the entire history how Nokia cheated me i want to send them a legal notice. Please help me
This seems to be absolute absurd as last time callback was promised by
you which I never received. Secondly you send me an email with the
option which I have already denied. As on Saturday when you called me
again from your cellphone rather from you office phone at that time I
realize how unprofessional Nokia could be . As I clearly specified I
want a call from Nokia office. In that conversation you clearly said
sir samjho na hamaari baat aapko kya chahiye kyun hamaare piche pade
ho. These were the words spoken by AM Dinesh which I do not need to
translate in English.
As far your option goes.
1) Replacement of N70M handset. After wasting 5 months you are telling
me to accept the same phone which is unacceptable. Second time when my
phone was no power I requested Anil Shirke Store manager from Nokia
Harmony priority center for a replacement. He declined that option
stating do whatever you can Nokia does not have a policy for refund or
replacement. If you have problem with your phone 10 time you have to
come to Nokia Repair center there is no other option. As I specified
in my previous email they insulted me I was not even given a chair
despite having a token and They dropped my phone in frustration
infront of me and clearly specified to me do whatever you want which
was very rude and unprofessional.
2) Replacement of your Original N70M with any other alternate Model of
that price range (Nokia E5 or Nokia E52 which are the recent business
phones). As I specified in all my email iniatially I don’t want to
deal with Nokia anymore. Please refund my phone. I was promised a
callback multiple time which was not done. Please check the switch
report to understand what I am talking about and check the cases if
they have documented and logged in the tool. After long time almost 2
month I got a call from Nidhi. On 7th December She informed she is
from Nokia Escalation team and called with regards to my email. She
was one of the only person who understood my problem and was very
polite. She convinced me not to take a refund rather go for a
replacement. That was the biggest mistake of my life as I was not
aware what Nokia is all about. She said late me check with my manager
I will inform you the Replacement Model. After 2 hours she called me
back and gave me the replacement option which was N79 N86 and 5800
Express Music. At that point of time I was very upset she even did a
conference call with Anil Shirke Store manager when I expressed my
inconvience about harmony and discussed what happened That point of
time my faith was restored in Nokia As Anil Shirke instead of calling
abbey jo karna hai karo he showed respect to me and he accepted the
fact that his harmony center was rude to me and after that I clearly
informed If you want me to accept replacement phone from Nokia I want
N97 as a compensation as it has been almost more that 4months and the
issue was unresolved and I was without a phone. She said I will
forward a request I cannot commit anything but I will call you after 1
week and update you about the status. I again specified to her if N97
is not an option I want my phone refunded she said don’t worry I will
forward a request in 1 month you will receive your phone and the
replacement phone will come with 1 year warranty. I was satisfied with
the option. But As Nokia only knows how to fool and cheat customer. I
never recived any callback after sending email multiple time. I didn’t
received any callback. I lost all my patience and called Nokia
Careline on 14th Dec which was specified in email . They informed me
they do not have any reference or N97 Nokia phone at that point of
time I realisze something is wrong I asked for Supervisor Dhawan came
online he gave me an assurance that as it is Sunday you will received
call on Monday and Escalation Team could only tell you about the
status. I updated my phone and gave Best time for me to be contacted
that was 1pm to 2pm . Unfortunately I never received callback. Now I
understood In Nokia they do not have any coordination or documentation
done by any of the rep regarding customer interaction I was highly
dissatisfied I got a call on 16th Dec at 12 noon which was very
frustrating as I specified the time to the prev rep from Aniket
Sharma. He was from Escalation team and he informed me he is 2 level
above Nidhi. When I asked him about the status of the phone he said
there is no reference number and Nidhi never commited N97 phone to me
which led to my frustration and he also informed me if you get a
replacement phone it will not come with a warranty. I lost all my
patience. At that point of time I was mad about the entire scenario. I
thought Nokia has completely lost it. I asked Aniket Sharma why that
option was given to me which was not possible I want a refund he said
refund is not an option I will sent your request to the concern dept
and we will get back to you on Friday. I asked him to make a note how
frustrated I was as Nokia talked me in replacement and after almost 2
week I was informed N97 is not an option which added fuel to my
frustration. Luckily I have all the converstation and the email which
I can use as evidence in consumer court what was promised to me. While
speaking to Aniket Sharma I asked him to give me a case number about
forwarding a request for N97 he said you will receive an email with
the SR number and he never provided me the SR number Secondly at that
point of time I was infront of my system. I informed him so far I
didn’t receive any email. He said email will be sent till 4pm and
while talking to him call got disconnected. That guy never bothered to
call me back. I waited for 2 hour still I didn’t received any callback
as I didn’t received any email I call Nokia rep answered my call when
I gave my prev case ID and informed him I never received any callback
he said don’t worry sir if we get disconnected I will call you back
again my call was disconnected no one called me. Till this time I
learned never trust Nokia as they only know how to cheat customer. In
the same evening I got a call from Vivek around 5pm. He informed me
sir I am calling from Nokia please submit your phone and we will think
about replacement I got frustrated as I have clearly specified in all
my email I will never submit my unless and until I get a replacement
or refund. I explained him the entire scenario. He informed me give me
10 min I will get back to you. Again he called me and informed me Sir
you will get N97 phone in 4 days. I also informed him I specified
Aniket Sharma from Escalation Team I wanted Bluetooth headset. He
asked me what kind of Bluetooth headset you want I specified
everything. He informed me he will call in 15 min and will give me a
reference number. I didn’t got a call from Vivek but from Dinesh this
time. He informed me N97 phone is not an option. At that point of time
I was very disturbed as you guys crossed all limits to test my
patience. I explained him about a callback 15 min back he said that is
not possible. I insisted on a refund and a compenstation, He informed
me I will call you tom at 2pm. That day I made up my mind I will never
trust Nokia and never buy any of it products. I was so upset that day
As Nokia mentally tortured and harassed me it was worse than third
degree torture.
3) 3) Refund of the entire Purchase amount of Rs. 10000.00 of your
Nokia N70M purchased in Sept, 2009. As I specified in all my emails
from the beginning as well as the Nokia Harmony center everyone
informed me refund and phone replacement was not an option In Nokia no
one gets a refund. I got a call from Dinesh once again next day as
specified He gave me three options. Which I didn’t wanted as it was
never informed me N97 was not an option because of the cost Secondly
regarding alternate phone replacement I was given an option of Nokia
E5 or Nokia E52 which was unacceptable as I was not offered this phone
before. Dinesh even informed me that no one in Nokia can give you such
options regarding N86 N79 5800 express music. I lost all my patience I
clearly informed him about the entire history he said no one has given
any option to you which directly meant I was lying luckily I had all
emails and phone conversation. I was so disappointed. I disconnected
the call and sent an email to Nokia CEO Stephen Elop. He again called
me I specified all the options and a callback was promised which I
never received.
4) To conclude entire thing you may get the reason why I decline all
the options which was given to me as everyone in Nokia from Harmony
till Area Manager everyone cheated me and fooled me. They insulted me
and also an allegation made I was lying. Now I have taken this
personally. In the first week of Jan Nokia will receive a legal Notice
from my end and in that lawsuit I will demand a compensation of 10 lac
INR As the entire process of dealing with Nokia was horrifying time
consuming and my money was wasted. Even you guys insulted me despite
being a loyal customer for 7year.
5) This time Dinesh ( Area Manager ) as specified by him.Please be
professional and please call me from office phone rather than
cellphone. Please be ready to face the consequence and now you will
understand what happens when you cheat a customer.
6) Hope this messege is loud and clear and I am still waiting for a
callback from Nokia Corporate in Finland or by the CEO of Nokia
Stephen Elop who will have justification for the entire process.
Please read all my email before you reply back as the reply sometime
which I get are mindboggling and even not related to topic.
7) Last not the least once I again I am specifying if someone from
Nokia calls me please call bet 1pm to 2pm IST .
