Extra Billing Amount while closing Tata Indicom DSL Connection

R/ sir,
I, Sadanand Patil was having Tata Indicom DSL Connection ( Advance Rental Plan) w.e.f. 2009 my Account No is 976328246 . I applied a request for closing the above said connection on dtd. 02/11/2010 and after giving repetitive reminders they closed the connection on 15/12/2010. Now they send me final settlement bill from 3/11/10 to 03/02/2011. As my connection has been closed on 15/12/10 why should i pay bill after 15/12/10 ( i.e. wef 16/12/10 to 3/02/11).

Similarly, they have renewed my plan for next 3 month (Advances Rental Plan from 3/12/2010 to03/02/2011) without concerning me
