I have subscribed to MY WAY IPTV-MTNL on 19th Nov-10. Subscriber# 01123692707, CAF#60044726 on the name SURESH KR BANGA


At the time of connection the executive (Mob# 9868271144) told me that 1st month is trial period and refund
will be made if service is not satisfactory. i got it installed and found that it picture quality is not good (Blured and no sharpness) and sound is very low.

I made 3 complaints, detaisl as below:-

001 Technician came and tried to locate the problem and showed me the quality of
Picture on Laptop, but he couldnt get it corrected on LCD and close the complaint
without taking my feed bac.
13th Dec-10 002 No body came and when contacted again to cutomer care they said home was locked
when they came but in actual no body came even.
18th Dec-10 003 i asked them to refund my money, he replied they will do if their technican say problem is n
not rectifidable, when their Tchnician came and after spending approx 2 hours and geeting c
connected with respective department he told me that it is not rectifidable and pecture quality
will remain same. i got feed back call from customer care and i told them about same but no
call i got.

i tried calling again on 24th Dec-10 the executive refused me to refund the money and disconnected the call.

I must say they people are cheating subscriber with worst service and misleading the fact.
