I am sure I am not the only one that is dealing with this ... there might be lots of consumers that might be going through this hell with SUN TV DTH ...

It has been three weeks since I have requested for their technician to visit our house and check the satellite alignment. The customer care in HYD is good for nothing. They are there for just issuing the complaint number. Every time you call them they do the same thing and the technician doesn't show up at all.

I have even spoke to their Manager and he has promised that the technician will show up in 48 hours. Nothing has happened after 48 hours or 72 hours.

I sincerely request the consumer court to take an action on this customer care in HYD (040-39407575) and the SUNTV DTH. They are cheating people with their useless service and they should stop selling their DTH product in the market.

It is so sad to say that in such an advanced country like India, we still have to deal with this kind of service.

I sincerely request all the consumers to stay away from Sun TV DTH and go for an alternative.

I was planning to purchase Sun TV connection. But after seeing above complaints I am not interested in it.

Sun TV is the worst DTH service....since last 3 months they have been telling me that there is some technical problem due to which we are not able to provide many channels....but when asked that when will it be resolved they dont have any answer....dont ever go for Sun Direct...
