Hi,
I have purchased Brand new Tata Indica Vista from OM SAI Motors Pvt. Ltd (Auth. Dealer, TATA Motors).

The Car which is delivered to me is a complete Defected Piece, I am struggling with People at Tata Motors for 4 months I have wrote upto Managing Director - Passenger Cars for several times, I spend atleast 30 mins everyday talking with their Customer service people, but there is nothing happening, they asked me to give car to them they will do overall checkup and they will rectify every problem, I have given the car 2 times for the same but nothing done by them, the car still keeps giving problems

People from Tata Motors have been talking in all possible worst language as one of there Manager told me in very early of this problems start up that either you keep the car or u burn it out.

Today One gentleman from there end, he is Regional Manager cadre person is stated talking in abusing language and he told me do whatever you want to do You have not purchased us. We will not do anything.

I am stuck I don’t know what to do, I have asked for replacement as the vehicle is defected and it may cost my life some day.

Please help and advice me.
