    Angry Speed Problem with Tata Photon Plus

    I have bought Tata Photon Plus No. 9226012967. After using the photon I found that speed is very very low. I have rechage with 1250/- Rental plan to download 10Gb/30 days but due to slow speed I could not be able to download as per the paid limit.
    Feeling cheated by Tata Photon Plus. Complaint so many time but dont got any solution.

    While complaint I have clearly defined my Tataphoton plus number and problem even though I had this response.

    Default photon plus speed 0.1mbps

    Sir,
    I purchased photon plus device hawai EC152 . Photon plus No. 9241051202 with a promise of getting 3.1mbps down load speed, but I get only 0.1mbps speed. I contacted customer care 121 and followed all instructions but I am not getting good speed. I am in Yelahanka new town Bangalore Karnataka.
    Please help and increase the speed.

    I am usisng TAta photon from past few days(No 9223129677), but PURCHASING TATA PHOTON was the biggest mistake of my life. TATA PHOTON Really sucks. I had made many complaints on your customer care no, after which your engineer came to my house and checked the Fuxxxxng speed of internet. after which he informed that there seems to be a network issue in my area and his Network team would contact me. Network team called me next day and informed that there is some issue going on with the Network and it may take more 15-20 days to rectify the issue.

    My Question is after paying bloddy 950 bucks PM why should we suffer and that to when we have many other ISP options. My request to all the internet users if you are planning to buy this TATA Photon plus device...please please think again. I would recommend one and only one ...MTNL broadband. now a days tMTNL has come with lots of plans. As a backup I have started using MTNL broadband...It really rocks.

    Hello Tata Docomo Customer Care,

    Please stop copy-pasting your same boring aplogoies templates. I belive that you must be blindly pasting these apology messages withour even reading the matter/conecrns of your customers.

    @ALL INTERNET USERS - Please...please ...please don't ever buy a TATA Photon Plus as the assurances of the 3.1 mps speed are only on papers and not in actuals.

    Hello Tata Docomono,

    What happned to my complaint. Till now I am waiting for that magic speed which your company has comitted (3.1 mps). Now its more than one month that I had complained about the slow speed of my TATA photon plus.


    ARE YOU GUYS REALLY WILLING TO HELP ME AND SOLVE MY ISSUE? PLEASE LET ME KNOW OR ELSE I WOULD MAKE SURE THAT MY COMPLAINT ALSO GOES TO OTHER CONSUMER FORUMS.

    My details are as follows:
    Name: Gaurav Arora
    Photon number: 9212246758
    Plan opted: ARP 5000 for 6 months
    Purchased on: 12th Dec, 2011
    Location: Sec 17(A), Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR

    In last 2 and a half months I am facing speed and coverage related issues. Within a day or two when I contacted customer care regarding the same, they replied me that there is some technical problem going on in that area, please wait till 25th of Dec, 2011. I asked them to register a complain regarding the same, but they refused saying that it is already known that there is some technical problem going on in that area so we can't register a complain.
    Then after 25th Dec, 2011 when I contacted customer care they said the same there is still problem in network so wait till 30th of Jan 2012.
    There networking team has already visited my place and collected the network stats. There is no network coverage in that area. They are just lingering-on, we need some more time, ....
    There are so many mails are exchanged till now, still I haven't got any resolution.

    REQUEST ALL PLS ....... DON'T GO FOR TATA PHOTON PLUS, IT IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
    IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I OPTED TATA PHOTON PLUS ....................
    2 MBPS IS ALL MYTH, YOU CAN GET EVEN BETTER SPEED AND COVERAGE FROM THE DIAL-UP.
