    Default Harresment from ICICIi credit card department

    I am Nitin Agarwal, a customer of ICICI bank from many years and I have been using ICICI credit card from last 2 years. I am a resident of Jaipur and also holds a bank account in SFS, Mansarovar Jaipur branch. In the first week of December I was in Thailand where I used my credit card. When I came back to India, ICICI people called me up on 10th DEC 2010 and told me that Thailand is a high risk area so they would prefer to block my current credit card and issue me a new credit card without any addition charges and the card would be delivered to me in next 7 working days. So they blocked my credit card on 10th DEC 2010. On 12th DEC i got a sms that they have couriered my card by blue dart and also the air way bill number.
    On last Thursday i,e, 16th DEC 2010 courier people called me up and told me that icici people had put a wrong address on my parcel therefore they cant hand me over my parcel. So i should call icici bank customer service and ask them to e-mail correct address to courier people so that the courier people can deliver the parcel at correct address. I called up the icici customer care but those people told me that card would return to them first then i will have to call customer care again to change my address and then the card will be delivered to me. Since than i have been to sfs branch 2 times and the main office in Jaipur once but i haven't got any satisfactory replies. i have also called up customer care 2 times but they are telling me a full red tape process to get my card back. i have also filed a complained regarding this matter in icici bank whose number is 161549795 but against that complained also i haven't got any sms or phone call from the bank.
    I am feeling cheated now. I have never been a defaulter in paying my bills. i having so much inconvenience and harassment due to the mistake committed by icici people. they have been sending me my credit card statement every month on my present address and i also checked in bank data base which is also the correct. I want to file a complaint in consumer court against the inconvenience and harassment occurred to me. Please help me what to do.

    still the matter has not been solved. icici resend me the card on 23rd december with express it courier and they sms me the AWB number. But card still remains undelivered. as i checked the status of my package on express it website today, it is showing the adress is incomplete.
