I took the connection 6 months back and the very next day my set to box was not not working properly...every 5 minutes it starts from begining showing "Initialisation ....".....after that I called up customer care and raised complain many times but till not that has not been resolved....I am frustrated now and want to disconnect my connection soon......Is anybody there who can resolve the issue..????????????

I have received a sms for contacting at 9096100412 for resolusion but after so many trial one person picked my call but she disconnected the line saying that I would be contacted by customer care ....trust me nobody called up me till today....



I think I have wasted my money taking this AIRTEL Digital TV connection....
