    Default complain against Reliance GSM Service

    Dear sir,
    I had a chat with a customer care name-Indajeet of Reliance GSM regarding deduction of money but he can't attaind my problem. I raelly feel bad for that. Reliance always deduct money from a/c without prior information.I want to suit a case in consumer forum regarding facing such problem.
    it is kindly requested to you please consider my problem as soon as possible. I am really thankful ti you.

Reliance always deduct money from a/c without prior information. your costomer care executives are not even registering my complaint. I want to suit a case in consumer forum regarding facing such problem.
    is that the best service you are providing to your customer?
    is that the way you are treating your loyal customer?
    is this the way you are positioning your product/service in market?
