Hi my name is Ahamad Abbas Khan recently I got a letter from my home town in UP, the LAW FIRM named JUS JURIS send me a letter to my home address for final settlement of payment in a Delhi court through an advocate, even i don't know about any such card, they asking to pay the credit card bill around Rs. 100,000.

But even I never applied for any credit card through HSBC, I did not received that card nither any statement or phone or any mail communication.

I called the customer care about this and they are telling me that I have been using this card for two years and made a payment of 10,000 last year also. when i asked about the billing address, they told some fake address I did not even heard of.

they want to come me in court on 24 Dec, it's really harassment by HSBC and Law firm.

Really I don't know what i have to do now why this things happens for HSBC cards only... Please anyone suggest me what I have to do now?
