Respected Sir,
I purchased tata sky by online transaction on 16th december 2010.

My ID's are as following
Customer ID -1059942589
TATA SKY transaction ID - DS1612101000044634
BillDesk transaction ID - MSDC0129466616
Bank transaction ID - 035091273079

I made transaction for Rs.4374. Then I called customer care and tata sky associate told me that on 19th DEC i will get connection.
But till date I have not got any confirmation regarding when I'm going to get DTH connection. When I make call to customer care associates tell me every time the in next 24 hrs you will get connection. But no responce till date..

Sir please help me regarding this matter..
