    Default cash not received from atm but deducted from a/c

    Hello Sir,


    When I inserted an ATM card in ATM machine then ` 4000/- get debited from my account, but, I haven’t received the Cash and Transaction Confirmation Receipt for the same. on dated 01-Oct-2010


    I registered a complaint at bank but no one is properly responding in spite of dropping lots of E mails to their higher authority.


    According to RBI Rule, ATM issues must be settled within 12 day. Now more than 52 days are over but no response from their side.


    I have a Salary account with SCB Bank which details are following.


    Bank Name : Standard Chartered Bank Delhi



    Branch Name : 10 Sansad Marg New Delhi


    Account Number : 52510541212


    Date of Incident : 01-Oct-2010


    Amount Debuted : `4000/-



    Kindly enterfere in this matter and do my help to get correct justice

    Default payment not recieved

    i am having a a/c in andhra bank of chembur branch (mumbai) with a/c no.-009210100003475.
    On 14thdec2010 i went to a atm of sbi bank (crawford market) to withdraw 10,000rs. but i didnt got any cash recieved from
    the atm and i got the receipt with amount 10,000 deducted from it. i told to the sbi bank and they told me to contact ur branch
    bank. So on 15dec2010 i went to the chembur branch of andhra bank , there i met the person name mr.saroj and told him
    about it .. so he made a complaint and gave me the complaint no - 0092000021. And its now been past 12days and i still
    didnt got the amount credited to my a/c..
    So i please request you to look forward to it and do the needful .
