There are various online shopping sites and one of them is Fashion and you. I very hesitantly did an online purchase of a TCL MP3 player for Rs.831/- on November 1st. The payment was done online. I promptly received a confirmation mail on the payment transaction and was told that the product would be delivered in 3 weeks. The tracking number given to me was LTK16606204794X. I did not however get the product till November 20th. On the 23rd of November one Mr. Anand called to inform that the product though sold to me was not available with them and hence they would refund my money within 72 hrs. I asked him to put this on a mail which he has promptly done. However the 72hrs is not yet come. December is come to an end and I have yet to get my refund. The contact number given by them is also bogus because no one answers your call. They pick up the phone and disconnect it. I have a copy of their mail and also details of my purchase. I want to sue them for this. I do not know how many people have been taken for a ride like me. Please do something about this. I am hoping and quick and fast action. I am attaching a copy of their mail as a proof of the transaction
