I am Nitin Kansal having Reliance CDMA no. 9310890281. I had done Instant recharge from R-Com website of amount Rs 150 on 18 december. As per detail showing on website it says "Regular/Core Talktime" is Rs 135.99 and "Addl/Promo Talktime" Rs 14.01. But I got core balance Rs 133.99 and there is no promo talktime I have got.

I had tried to contact reliance customer care no. *333 and 198 but on 18, 19, 20 december but getting no reply, no. is busy and no one pick my call. I had write e-mail to there customer care but getting no reply. But in today morning (21 dec) I got to talk with Rachna (customer care executive) but without listening anything making excuses, for delhi user there is no additional talk time and when I told her that even i haven't got core balance of Rs 135.99 but instead got Rs 133.99, she is saying that you had made some call, That mean she is making lame excuses for not to write my complaint.

With this what happen with me I want to write following complaint against R-com
a) Please get my core balance of Rs 2 as i have got Rs 133.99 instead of Rs 135.99 and promo balance of Rs 14.01, which i haven't get.
b) Complaint regarding customer care executive, who are not willing to write my complaint.
C) Regarding information on instant recharge on r-com website, why they have mention full talkt time on recharge of Rs 150, when It is not applicable for delhi users as per their customer care executive.
