Dear Sir,
I have purchased Micromax mobile Q3 handset on 12-07-2010 and after 4 months following thing became faulty:
1.Handsfree receiver
2.Handset earphone
I have given it for repairing on 19-11-2010 at Micromax services center located at Meerut mall , Delhi road Meerut.
I have visited service center 3 times 2 times it was closed & third time I have got my mobile without Hands free receiver, which was promised me to send by courier to my home address, but I haven't received it yet.
And three more problems found in mobile after taking it from service center as mentioned below :
1.White screen at display corner.
2.Frequently hang problem.
3.Aotu switch off problem.
Then I have given it to Micromax service center at GANGA PLAZA in Meerut on 13-12-2010 and it has been told me that I will get it after minimum of 7 days.
Today (20-12-2010) I have again visited service center ,I found no solution even of single problem.
Now I am seeking help to get my mobile replaced, as I am unable to use my mobile from last more than one month & there is no chance to get it in next one week.
I will be highly obliged if will get help from Consumer court .
