Sir, i and my friend live in hansi and we planed to go to bhiwani
through train on 20-12-2010 at 6.50 am through train because a train
goes to rewaring at 6.50 am. I have phoned at hisar station at 6.30
and and asked for rewari train they have said me that the train is
about to go. I and my friend went to railway station hansi and said to
ticket giver to give two ticket of bhiwani and he gave us the ticket
of bhiwani with no. 67071715 and we gave him tweleve rs.
Then train came and we went with it to bhiwani on exit gate a railway
employee was standing and he asked for ticket and we gave him the
ticke. Then he said you both have to pay a fine of rs 264 because you
are without ticket then we said we have the ticket then he said you
have the passenger train ticket and you are travelling through express
train then we said it is not our fault how we can know it is a
passanger or a expresss trian because it was on the time of passenger
and again it is the ticket giver fault he has to asked us for express
ticket but he insisted again and again and start insulting us and took
us to illegal custody and there i have called to bikaner railway no.
01512544764 but they did not give any respone and the socalled ticket
checker tried to hurt me and then he took us to station master but she
did not listen to us. At last we were forced to pay rs 524. They
have gave us the receipt with no. 370578 and 371202.

We were forced to pay illegal fine

we were insulted by socalled ticket checker and by station master

we were about to beaten by them

we were taken to illegal custod

is this is the dream of indian railways
