I want to inform you regarding the following problems which are not solved by the Below mentioned branch

We are promised of brokerage rate of 1p (intraday) & 10 p (delivery) but we have been charged 3p & 35 p

we have told that their is no account opening charges but Rs 552 has been deducted form our account. Angel broking is offering us zero account opening charge and if their is account opening charge in anand rathi, we have not opened account with you.

On updating this information to the pankaj & his team leader harinder, they told us they will be reverting the excess brokerage but after 1 month, no excess brokerage & account opening charge has been reversed.

we have opened the by giving Rs 5000 cheque(PNB) but it is not shown in the ledger(enclosed)

On saying to above mentioned person about the problem, they even told us to go the consumer court. I think if your employee are behaving like this only, we are left with no other option or either to close the account
