Hi Sir,
I have purchased a mobile model:Sony Yari from Univercell shop chennai.After certain period of time the mobile is giving troubles when I went to their shop they are doing the servicing again and again from last 4 months.After servicing also the same problem is coming again.Right now my mobile is in warranty so they are doing the free service.When I asked the mobile is defective it's giving same problem after service of 5 times also.So they said we can't help you on this.After warranty period you have to pay the money for service also.I purchased this mobile at Rs.14,600.But they have given me a defective piece.I want to put a compliant about them.Kindly help me on this so that I can get a justice.
The Univercell shop owner is not ready to refund my money and also not ready to replace my mobile.
Please help me on this or please advise me how can I put a complaint about this shop owner.
