I have been a TataSky customer for around 18 months or so. My ID is 1034343671.
As my digicomp was not working from 25.11.2010, for which I made a request at TataSky customer care on 27.11.10. I was given a request no. (1-8406842704) and told that the solution would be done within 72 hours. The next day (28th Nov.) I received a text message on my cell stating that the work will be carried out at my place on 29th Nov. at 10:50 am. No one came, no phone calls from TataSky. Again I called up TataSky and spoke with their senior executive. He said he will get back to me in 30 minutes. When he did not call me for more than an hour, I called him again & again. This happenned for 4 days. Me calling them up everyday, seniors refusing to come on line and juniors giving me assurances that the work will be done the next day. ALL IN VAIN. Its been 19 days, but there is absolutely no response from this pathetic company.TataSky simply does not have adequate personnel to take care of after sales services. They are simply interested in adding to their number of customers. This is a sheer case of 'Biting More Than One Can Chew'. It is a shame to see such abysmal service from such a credible name like Tata. From a wide choice of so many service providers, I opted for TataSky only because of the name 'Tata'. Buts now I repent. Even the local cablewalla guys provide better service.
