Dear Sir/Madam

I have took the laptop of Cubit Company from Cubit Computer from Ahmedabad on 22-Nov-2008. The price of my Laptop is Rs41000/- but I have took finance from Bajaj Finance and the amount passed is Rs 43870/-. The bajaj finserv company is in ahmedabad branch at B.D.House Naranpura. My problem is I want the answer that why my loan amount is passed more than my invoice amount. They are not answering me telling that the particular section is closed.

I have gone to B.D.Patel House Naranpura but they are not answering me nor they are replying me on mail. I have all the proofs and even recording.

Kindly help me out for the problem as I am taking follow ups from Bajaj Finserv from Last one month they are not answering me.
