For the last 2 month I've activate the Night calling Service on my mobile. For the this months on my cell phone caller tunes get activated without any intimation and balance is getting deducted .when i said to the customer care they say that nothing can be done and refuse to payback the money.Every time I unsubscribe the service after a day or 2 it is again activated without any intimation and the 30 Rs balance is deducted. last month this cost me around 100Rs and has started happening the same this month too.so pls take action it is a fraud by reliance mobile service provider my last complain no is 143231544

Still this issue is not resolved.

I've complaint many time to customer care they say that, we have forward your request please wait, some time they say that our server is down we can.t do anything,

i called to Delhi nodal engineer ( Sapna ) they say that , we can't do any thing you have to visit Web World.

I've visit in web world many time ( in Green Park & in Lajpat Nagar) `they said, we have already forward your request please wait for 2 day's .


Today again my 25 Rs. deducted from my mobile .I do not know how this service has been activated. I know one thing that Reliance GSM is cheating my hard earned money. Such a large group like Reliance Communication is opting such type of petty tactics to increase its revenue it is really shameful.
