Dear Sir,
My Name is Ramesh Bhadra. I am using Reliance CDMA mobile since last
10 years. From Since Last 6-7 Month Reliance is Charging me Rs. 60
every month for VAS pack Called Naz S GarmGupshup and Nazara Comics
pack.
Which was not Activated by me but they charge me for the same. I have
given many complaints to there higher authority and there customer
care in last 6 months. But till now they charge the same. while
confirming to there customer care people they tell me that this 2 pack
has been deactivated from your no. but when i get my Bill they charge
me for the same again and again. And if i dont pay that charges only
after deduction of that charges i pay my bill regularly. They people
harass me by calling again and again and disconnect the phone and ask
to make payment forcefully. My Mobile no. 9322613434 in which there is
a problem. Sir please give me a solution as i m getting frustrated by
this matter. As they people cant able to solve my problem and asking
to pay that wrong amount forcefully.
