This complaint is with regards to my toshiba laptop. My laptop has been submitted in for repairs and it is under warranty. It has been four months now there is no revert as of now. They are passing the buck from one person to another there is nothing being done.
It is also under warranty as well i fail to understand what is the issue i have sent them emails and call them allmost every third day but no avail
the complaint number is 09-09-10-87 with toshiba customer service and the toll free number is 1800-200-8674.
